Day 1 Semarang
Once you have arrived in Semarang safely and have been transferred to your hotel, you may spend the rest of your day freely. You may want to rest after your long journey or otherwise you can explore the city. You could explore Sewu Lawang (an old Dutch-headquarter for Indian Railways), Toko Oen or the small streets of downtown Semarang.

Day 2 Semarang - Bandungan
Visit the Gedong Songo, a small group of beautiful temples, with a magnificent view of the valley, from the Ungaran Mountain which is 1893 m high. The highest temple is 1308 meters above sea level. The “Gedong Songo” which literally means 9 buildings are Hindu temples dating from the period 730-780 AD. You can visit the temples on horseback or by foot. Appreciate and feel Gedong Songo’s spiritual harmony.

Day 3 Bandungan - Wonosobo

Early in the morning you will drive towards Dieng Plateau, part of an active volcano complex,
perched at 2000m above sea level. With a little luck you’ll experience the beautiful sunrise,
set against the Sindoro Mountain. But even without the sun, the view will look great.
You will then proceed to the active crater of Dieng and then to the Dieng temple in the middle
of the valley, where you can go for a short stroll around the impressive Hindu temple.
At the end of the afternoon you will reach the “Telaga Warna”. Many pilgrims come to meditate
in the mysterious and soothing environment here.

Day 4 Wonosobo - Yogyakarta
After breakfast you will travel on to Yogyakarta. You make a short stop at Losari coffee plantation, where you get a guided tour through the plantation. There is an opportunity to try the famous
Losari hammam while enjoying delicious home roasted coffee. You can also enjoy the culinary specialties of Losari (optional). Then you will have the opportunity to visit Borobudur golf course, where you can choose to play golf, use the driving range or enjoy walking through the picturesque scenery.

Day 5 Yogyakarta

Early in the morning, you experience the highlight of this trip. In the dark, go to the world famous Borobudur temple in order from the solar entrance to do. This creates an awesome spectacle against the backdrop of the still active volcano Merapi, where the colors of the Borobudur Temple after the first rays of golden yellow to dark will change. This particular Candi (temple) was built in the 8th century, the golden age of the Syailandra kingdom. After you have recovered from the
spectacle of the sunrise, you can visit the temple from all sides. Do not forget to look at the various images stories portray. After breakfast, then to Candi Mendut and Candi Pawon, a route known as the greatest glory of the gods is called. Feel the serenity of these three Candi. At the end of the day you can go shopping in the famous Yogyakarta Malioboro street with its numerous souvenir shops. Or you can go to enjoy all the culinary Yogyakarta has to offer.

Day 6 Yogyakarta - Parangtritis

You will depart early in the morning southwards towards Parangtritis where you will go on a wonderful walk along the beach. With a little luck you can attend a traditional ceremony in honor of the Queen of the South Sea. Then you will visit Candi Ratu Boko, where you will see the
long-hidden remains of the Palace Complex, which was built in the 8th century. With a blend of Hindu and Buddhist architecture it is a truly magnificent building. Then you will go to the sacred Barong Candi, which has stunning views over the valley of Yogyakarta. At the end of the day you will visit the famous Prambanan temple. This was built in the glorious times of the Mataram kingdom in the 9th century and symbolizes the cycle of life and death. You will also get the opportunity to visit various temples at your own pace. In the vicinity there are lots more temples, including the beautiful: Candi and Candi Sewu Plaosan, where you can find approximately 25 various Buddha images with different emotions.

Day 7 Yogyakarta
Today is the time to explore the royal riches of Yogyakarta by betjak (a cycle rickshaw),
bicycle or taxi. Visit the Kraton, the royal palace of Yogyakarta where you can admire the traditional Javanese palace architecture. The palace was built in 1756 and is still the residence
of the remaining Sultan. It houses markets, offices, schools, museums and mosques,
and is in fact a city in the city. Then you may visit the Taman Sari, it used to be called
the badpaleis or bathhouse of the Sultan (King). You may also visit Kota Gede- the silversmiths
who used to live here still present their art at the court. You can also go to the fort Vredeburg
where you can relax by strolling along the gallery.

Day 8 Yogyakarta

End your amazing journey with the world heritage sites, in central Java there are plenty
you can admire.
